Refund Policy

Free Launch Period

CIFA is currently in a free launch period until March 1, 2026. During this time, no payment is required and all registered users receive complimentary credits. Since there are no charges during this period, refunds do not apply.

Future Paid Plans

When paid plans are introduced after the free launch period, the following refund policy will apply:

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New subscribers to paid plans will have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if they are not satisfied with the service.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for CIFA
  • No more than 5 reports have been generated during the subscription period

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (you may cancel before renewal instead)
  • Additional credit purchases
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at tulu@tluconsulting.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide the email address associated with your CIFA account
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • Upon refund, your account will revert to free tier access

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
  • Your account and generated reports remain accessible after cancellation
