1. Service Description

CIFA (Commodity Intelligence Forecast Agent) is an AI-powered commodity market analysis service operated by TLU Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). The service provides automated market forecasts, price predictions, and strategic recommendations for various commodities.

All reports, forecasts, and recommendations generated by CIFA are created using artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Users should independently verify all information before making any decisions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CIFA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

3. User Accounts

To use CIFA, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Free Launch Period

CIFA is currently in a free launch period until March 1, 2026. During this period:

• All registered users receive complimentary credits
• No payment is required
• Service features may change without notice
• We reserve the right to modify or end the free period at any time

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLU CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Any damages arising from decisions made based on CIFA reports

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CIFA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by TLU Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not:

• Redistribute or resell CIFA reports
• Use reports for commercial publication
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of CIFA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
